Cindy Luper evaluates herself and her methods of instruction constantly, changing any problems as she deems necessary. In her classes, she makes math applicable to real life. For example, she set up a society with jobs, responsibilities, and money for her students. Time and again she has demonstrated an enthusiastic pursuit to find and implement programs, processes, and procedures to help students succeed. She is a team player and motivator to assist in the improvement of our school district to serve the students.
