Frank Ferguson, the principal of Drew Central High School, is a caring administrator who goes the extra mile for the school. He is a good listener and has the innate capacity to be flexible with disciplinary matters in view of the situation and person in question. He is always accessible to students and staff and is ready for a laugh or a joke in opportune moments of the workday.

Under his guidance, Drew Central High School has become a technology-driven institution where teachers and students alike receive a large variety of computer training. His expertise in grant writing has funded not only the local teacher technology training but also has purchased computers for every classroom. His daily work on the Drew Central website keeps the world up-to-date on this little rural school in the corner of Arkansas.
