Students, do ya' wanna learn how all this internet stuff works? Maybe even learn to write your own cool home page? Then the DCHS Computer Club may be just what the doctor ordered!
The purpose of the DCHS Computer Club is to provide interested
students with an opportunity to learn to
use the Internet, and the World Wide Web in particular, to enhance their
educational experience at Drew Central. Members will learn to use
e-mail, telnet, ftp, and gopher, and will learn how to write HTML
documents (web pages) and put this knowledge to use by performing service
projects for the school and community. The only requirements
for joining are:
The only "catch" is that you have to register to join by using the
on-line registration
form. (Oh yeah, and ya' gotta be able to work with Mr.
Ferguson, 'cuz he's gonna be the sponsor!)
